From her dialogue in DMC3, Nevan and Sparda likely had a friends with benefits thing going and she likely supported his rebellion too. ;)

I bet it was right here, Sparda is telling her his rebellion will begin, while Nevan promises to aid him, and this likely is what gets her sealed in Temen-Ni-Gru.
